A new MATLAB script, available for free download, enables you to export your EEG data to Brainstorm after preprocessing in BESA for further analysis:
besa2brainstorm – converts the besa_channels data structure which is sent from BESA Research to MATLAB to a Brainstorm database (EEG) for further processing in Brainstorm.
The script currently works for EEG data only. An MEG version is in preparation.
