BESA GmbH provides free e-mail support for 1 year after purchasing a license from our sales office or through our distributors.

Important note: Beginning with August 2012, BESA versions 5.1.x (latest release date Nov. 2006) and older will no longer be supported. From October 2012 on, BESA versions older than 5.2.x (latest release date June 2009) and older will no longer be supported. Thank you very much for your understanding!

Hardlock HASP No. (*)

     

Please note: The HASP number is directly engraved on HASP keys (red). Old Hardlock keys (blue / green) have a marker tag attached outlining the Hardlock number. Alternatively, you can run the program License Search (HASP) or HLTest (Hardlock) located in the BESA Research installation folder under Utilities\License (HASP) or Utilities\Hardock (Hardlock).
